Current Subprocessors
- Paddle: merchant of record for payment processing, invoices, refunds, disputes, and transaction taxes.
- Resend: transactional email delivery.
- Twilio: SMS delivery for alerts and status page subscribers, and voice calls and WhatsApp messages for alerts, when SMS, voice calls or WhatsApp are enabled. WhatsApp messages reach their recipient through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform.
- Neon: Postgres database hosting.
- Fly: application hosting and regional networking.
- Cloudflare: R2 object storage for data exports, synthetic check artifacts, and status page logos; Turnstile, which checks that sign-up, sign-in link and password reset requests come from a person and sees the visitor's IP address and browser details to do so.
- Sentry: error monitoring.
- PostHog: page-view analytics on saysOK's own pages, only for visitors who allow analytics.
